Parent/guardian participation is needed and welcomed .  Executive positions are vacant for Vice Chair and for Directors at Large - please call Jan @ 584-7830 for additional information.  Many exciting events are planned for the 2009-10 school year.  Hope to see you at the meeting - please come out and support the Sheldon Band and Choir Programs.

Please note the 2009-10 Registration form - for all students from Grades 6 through 12 - and the High School trip committment letter/form have been mailed home.  Please return these, enclosing the Music Participation Fee of $40 and the trip deposit of $100 as soon as possible and no later than November 30th.  Cheques should be made payable to SWAMP.  Students who rolled over their fundraising credit to the 2009-10 year should use that credit to offset these costs.  Simply make a note on the form when you return the form to the school.  If you are unsure how much your credit is, or require additional information, please contact Sandy @ 584-7256.

Elementary forms should be returned to Mrs. Anderson.  High School forms should be returned to Mrs. Taylor or Ms. Scott.   High school trip information has been sent to all students, simply to provide information about what the trip for high school students involves.
